Clinical Negligence Solicitor-Maidstone.
Our client is a leading national law firm with an excellent reputation of dealing with a range of Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Healthcare legal cases, together with the full range of commercial services.
They are one of the Leading Insurance litigation law firms in the South East.
This is a position for a solicitor to work on a range of Defendant clinical negligence claims for a 12-18 month period..
The work will cover a range of clinical negligence work including medical indemnity, private healthcare and alternative medicine.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of healthcare and product liability, sound technical skills, verbal and numerical reasoning skills and a background of achievement with a recognised London or major regional law firm in clinical negligence work.
Key competencies required are:-
Quality and Client Service - to regularly monitor and actively manage the standard and quality of work produced. To actively manage and develop customer relationships with clients. Supporting the efforts of the team/division.
Financial and active involvement in the delivery of the annual budget through the generation of fee income and ongoing monitoring of expenditure.
You will be involved in seeking new business opportunities from existing and new clients by working closely with Marketing/Business Development.
you will be encouraged to actively seek self-development in professional qualifications and personal continuous professional development techniques.
