Our client is one of the leading law firms in Southern England, with an excellent reputation as a full service regional law firm, based in Kent. They currently have a vacancy for a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join their reputable team.
Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their reputable Construction Disputes team at the Tunbridge Wells office. This is a fantastic chance for a 2-4 year qualified Associate to join a growing team within their leading Real Estate practice.
The Construction Disputes team handles the full spectrum of construction litigation, including: disputes under bespoke and all major forms of building contracts, disputes under professional appointments, warranty based claims, insolvency and payment disputes, as well as construction related professional negligence. They also have a growing standalone construction adjudication practice.
The post holder should have a good range of experience in construction related litigation. Experience of construction adjudication is preferable though not essential. The ideal candidate will also have good work and client management skills that will fit into a team delivering a first class service to a diverse range of quality clients including major property investment companies, local authorities, developers, retailers and high net-worth individuals.
