Neil has been involved in legal recruitment for the last ten years and concentrates on working with Solicitors from Newly Qualified level through to Equity Partners and Directors.He is well connected with the regions business community and is Chairman of the Hampshire Cricket in the Community Trust, the official registered Charity linked to Hampshire County Cricket Club. He thrives on building close working relationships with law firms and their recruitment teams.
Outside the office Neil is involved with the members Committee at Hampshire County Cricket Club, he is a long standing member of Lymington Cricket Club, President of Wisborough Green Cricket Club, a playing member of the MCC and a past sub commitee member at Lords. He is a keen follower of English Rugby Union and is occasionally seen on the Golf course trying to get away with whatever handicap he can get away with. Neil spent the early years of his life living in Kenya and is a keen supporter of the World Wildlfe fund and the Kenya Kongonis Cricket Club.
Ian has a wealth of professional recruitment experience, no less than 15 years in the industry. He made a career switch from Banking & Finance during which time he was responsible for the establishment and development of a new office of Allied Irish Banks (AIB) in Southampton. Having strong legal and accountancy connections, he has been able to provide a professional recruitment service that now takes in appointments both off-shore and internationally. He has particularly strong links with the Channel Islands and has also established alliances with recruiters down under in Australia and New Zealand. He provides a comprehensive service for newly qualified and experienced professionals, Partners and Senior Management.
On a lighter note, he played football and cricket to a good standard although the same cannot be said for his golf. He's a popular guy at parties being an accomplished musician.
