Contentious Probate Litigator- Salisbury
Our client is one of the leading regional law firms in the South in charities and contentious probate work,
They are one of the most highly ranked teams in the UK, acting for more than 550 charities and are ranked in the Top 3000 Charities directory as one of the top three legal advisers to charities in the UK.
Clients also include individuals and professionals.
They advise on the full range of issues that arise in relation to an estate or trust and have a particular specialism in contentious and non- contentious legacy work advising from one-off questions about particular administrations to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. They also deal with challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppels, lifetime gifts and international issues.
Our client is looking for a contentious probate litigator, either as a Solicitor or a Legal Executive.
The successful candidate will:
" have a strong litigation background;
" have some contentious trust or probate experience;
" be willing to undertake the ACTAPS Course;
" display a positive attitude, be self-sufficient and flexible;
be analytical, conscientious and attentive and have the drive and charisma to develope new business opportunities.
