Our client is one of Guernsey’s freshest and most dynamic legal practices. They currently have an exciting vacancy for a Solicitor to join their Employment team. The successful candidate will also be involved in assisting with Intellectual Property work.

Our client’s strong employment team assist in all contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law, including:
- Advising on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions
- Contractual terms and conditions
- Employment and data protection
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Senior executive termination
- Representation in unfair dismissals
The successful candidate can look forward to working on a caseload of the highest quality. It is expected that you should have excellent academics and will have trained at a city or large regional practice. The role would suit a Solicitor with at least 1 years UK experience, looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a practice that can offer
