***EU / COMPETITION SOLICITOR 2-3 yrs pqe - LONDON ***
THE PRACTICE Major City based international private practice law firm
THE PROPOSITION
EU/COMPETITION Solicitor with 2-3 years pqe is now required to work in the City office in London, of this leading international private practice law firm. The successful candidate will have experience of working with the OFT, Competition Commission and the European Commission. A knowledge of shipping/commodities, logistics, ports and terminals would be beneficial. Much of the work will be non-contentious but with a small element of contentious matters. You will be drafting advice on competition law and compliance procedures, and applications for clearance to merger authorities. A very interesting role that demands a high level of technical skills. Attractive salary available geared to the level of experience.
