3yrs+ Commercial Property Solicitor / Somerset / Dorset / Exciting Client Base
Our client has offices four offices throughout Dorset and Somerset and they currently seek a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their very well regarded team.
The successful candidate will be dealing with a broad range of businesses from sole trader to plc, including some of the most renowned property developers and industry leaders in the region; you will cover a number of specialist areas.
This will include freehold sales and purchases, creation of leaseholds, mortgages, conditional agreements, options, joint ventures and any other dealings with all types of commercial property sites.
There is some flexibility as to which office you could be located in so accessible to those candidates living Somerset / Dorset and parts of Wiltshire.
