Commercial Property Solicitor
A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading full service law firms. As a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Southampton you will be working in one of the most highly regarded Commercial Property departments in Southampton recognised in the legal 500 with all its partners in the real estate team in Southampton being recommended. The Role
This role is for a commercial property solicitor of 2 years plus pqe to join our client’s Real Estate teams which is experiencing a period of growth thanks to new client wins and increased instructions from key clients, nationally. They work with an enviable client base including large FTSE retailers, institutional investors and pension portfolio providers, and their success has most recently been seen in completing the largest South East office letting outside of the city of London, this year. As part of this continued growth they are looking to recruit a further Lawyer for this Chambers premier rated team in Southampton. Working with Partners in the team, this role will focus largely on landlord and tenant and portfolio management instructions for large multinational retailers and other corporate occupiers.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a Commercial Property Solicitor of at least 2 years plus pqe who will become part of a close knit and supportive team, which prides itself on delivering outstanding client service – a tenet which has been key in its, and the firms continuing success and has been recognised in part by their nomination for Regional Law Firm of the Year at this years’ Lawyer awards. Strong commercial property experience from a city or large regional firm is a must, as is the ability to make a positive impact on our teams and our clients. You will need to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. The Team
The real estate team comprises of more than 100 lawyers and a dedicated property finance team spread across various locations, with 16 of their specialists named as 'leaders in their field'. They work for a diverse national client base offering a range and depth of advice including strategic investment acquisition and disposals, complex development and asset management work.
