Commercial Property Solicitor - Residential Development
A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is a specialist in residential development to join one of the UK's leading full service law firms. As a Commercial Property Solicitor based in Oxford you will be working in one of the most highly regarded commercial property departments in the Thames Valley which is going from strength to strength. The Role
As a Commercial Property solicitor in this team you will be a key member of the residential development team based in Oxford team, working under the general direction of the team leader who recently joined the firm to manage existing key clients and grow the firm’s house builder offering generally. Strong legal knowledge and track record of land acquisition and disposal, development agreements, infrastructure and planning agreements, site set up and joint venture and collaboration agreements is essential together with an understanding of the commercial aspects of property transactions.

The Real Estate team of 28 partners and over 40 lawyers takes pride in being able to respond quickly and efficiently to clients, offering practical commercial solutions to complex legal issues. The Oxford Real Estate team consists of 5 partners and 9 lawyers.
