Introduction
Our client a national legal practice is currently seeking an experienced claimant Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Hampshire office in Basingstoke.
The Role
The successful candidate will conduct their own caseload of catastrophic and serious injury claims as well as leading and supporting junior fee-earners in the office.
The caseload will be varied and include fatal accidents, head injury claims, severe orthopaedic/amputation cases, complex liability claims and product liability cases.
Applicants must also demonstrate the following:-
- Detailed technical knowledge of complex personal injury claims.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience of dealing with court issued files.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
The Practice and Team
This is a very well regarded national practice with offices throughout England. Their Personal Injury team in Basingstoke is noted as a tier 1 within Legal 500. The practices business model has changed over the last 18 months within this area and they now have an attractive and forward thinking proposition for any prospective candidate.
